Traineeship - Customer Engagement/Business Administration

Barwon Water is Victoria's largest regional urban water corporation, providing high quality water and sewerage services to around 300,000 residents over 8,100 square kilometers. We currently have an exciting opportunity to offer the right person a chance to receive a Certificate III in Customer Engagement/Business Administration working with Barwon Water.

In this role, you thrive in a fast paced environment, adapting quickly to any situation, managing high volume inbound and outbound telephone calls. With your innovative approach to problem solving you enjoy taking on difficult challenges, you effectively prioritise your work, and have the ability to anticipate, resolve, or escalate issues. Solution focused approach; you remain calm and professional, and can diffuse any situation with your empathic yet business minded approach.

With your systematic and efficient approach, you'll bring along excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem solving skills, you have a passion for getting things right the first time and delivering exceptional customer service. You also have the ability for learning and using new technologies. Working as part of a team, you are flexible and can also work autonomously, contributing to the overall team goal.
